Evidence order
MIHEN starts with the product label, active ingredient amount and chemical form, official registration information where available, independent quality documentation and primary public-health sources. Personal experience is supplementary context, not proof.
Independence
MIHEN does not sell supplements and does not accept affiliate commission, placement fees or sponsorship in exchange for recommendations. A brand cannot purchase a higher position.
Review and corrections
Guides display their review date and link to the primary sources used for context. When a label, official source or material fact changes, the relevant guide is reviewed. Corrections can be requested through the contact page.
